Step 1: Place a cigarette tube onto the filling nozzle, making sure the filling tube is pushed entirely onto  the nozzle.

  Step 2: Add tobacco to the container area making sure not to overfill. If more tobacco is needed, you may add during the filling process.

 Step 3: Press the start button and hold down until the tube is filled. Placing your finger lightly on the filter end of the tube while filling will also help the tobacco to be distributed evenly throughout the tube. When the tube is filled, it will drop onto the spill tray. Any excess tobacco will fall into the tray.

 Step 4: When filling the cigarette tube, you can adjust the measure of tobacco that is placed into the cigarette tube. It can be heavy or light depending on your taste. This adjustment will vary with each person and may vary with each pack produced.

 Step 5: After filling the cigarette tube, tap the filter end of the cigarette on a flat surface to help pack the tobacco down inside the tube.

Our product is guaranteed to be free from defects in material and workmanship under normal and intended use for one year from the date of purchase. If our product fails to meet our limited warranty during the warranty period, we will, at our option, repair or replace the product free of charge. Any replacement may be conditioned upon the return of the defective product to us and proof of purchase. We offer NO WARRANTY in cases of damage in transit, inadequate care or neglect, abuse, abnormal use, misuse, accidents, normal wear and tear, damage due to environmental or natural elements, failure to follow product instructions, immersion in water or improper installation, improper storage or maintenance of the products, or improper service or causes not arising out of defects in the materials and workmanship.
