Helpful Tips:

Moisture content and the cut of the tobacco are the most important things to consider when making custom made cigarettes.

When making and smoking custom made cigarettes, keep in mind that there are not fillers and additives that keep the tobacco glued together inside the tube like a manufactured cigarette. You will need to take time to learn which setting is best for your smoking enjoyment.

Always check your instruction sheet for helpful tips. If you have any problems just give our customer service center a call and they will be glad to walk you through the process of using your machine correctly.

      PIPE TOBACCO USERS!!

Using Tobacco that is Too Moist !!!!    Always test your tobacco by running some through the machine without a tube. If it clumps together as it exits the injector tube, it is too moist ! These clumps will have a tendency to fall off when they burn. Also with Tobacco that is too moist it will cuase the tobacco to pack very tightly in the tubes at any setting on the tension bar. The tobacco will have to be dried out a little before using it, also the machine will have to be cleaned more often to prevent build up in the auger tube. Never leave tobacco in the machine for extended periods of time. WATCH THE BIG STEMS IN THESE TOBACCOS, THEY WILL CAUSE THE AUGER TO JAM AND TO BEND.

Tobacco that is too Dry !!!! Will exit the injector tube ground up into a powder and will not stay in the tube properly.

When you run tobacco through your machine for testing, it should spray out of the injector tube at even flow.

Our machines carry a one year limited warranty from date of purchase.  Make sure to keep your reciept with you instruction manual. Just incase you should have to return it for any reason.
